SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Sr Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Commercial Digital Banking solution and related fintech integrations. You will partner with the Commercial Banking Team to define strategy, roadmaps and ensure value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into actionable user stories while maintaining regulatory and security standards.

What you will do here:

The Sr Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Commercial Digital Banking solution and related product features and fintech integrations. They partner closely with the Commercial Banking Team stakeholders to drive the business needs of the product, maintaining industry and market expertise, identifying emerging technology opportunities, defining the product strategy, creating the product roadmap and leading cross-functional teams in the value delivered by the Product Roadmap to the Commercial Banking Team and their business members. They demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking, technical aptitude and the ability to effectively collaborate with and mentor other product managers.

• Leads the analysis, creation, ongoing management and communication of the Commercial Digital Banking product roadmap(s) aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market and client research, all relevant data and competitive gap analysis by performing regular gap analysis to ensure our products and services exceed other marketplace options.
• Monitors channel performance to recommend improvements and new product offerings.
• Leads internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, the engineering, design, information security, platform support and Commercial Banking Team as well as associated external vendor partners to help determine the best testing, implementation, launch, ongoing sustainment methods/activity and other associated product lifecycle management considerations.
• Responsible for programs that support Business Member adoption of assigned products and services.
• Works with internal stakeholders to monitor and address product and Business Member challenges.
• Translates Commercial Banking Team needs and technology directions into new features and services.
• Ensures products comply with applicable financial regulations and data security standards.
• Leads and directs the work of and share best practices and processes with others in a training, mentoring and/or leadership capacity.
• Works as a product owner in an agile team, specifically documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and product capabilities.
• Gathers Commercial Banking Team and Business Member feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, engineering or related field required.MBA preferred.
• 7+ years experience in digital product B2B product management required.
• 3+ years experience in strategic analysis related to system implementation in a B2B environment required.
• 5+ years working with cross-functional teams required.
• 1+ years Financial Institution Experience (Credit Union or Bank) OR Commercial Banking technology vendor experience required.
• Excellent product management skills required.
• Demonstrated combination of technical aptitude and high emotional intelligence required.
• Experience managing a complex and/or multiple related products and roadmap generation
• Experience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle
• Demonstrated combination of technical aptitude and high emotional intelligence required.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills appropriate to all levels of the organization as well as clients required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project Visio, and MS Teams required.
• Product Management (PM) Certification or equivalent preferred.
