Job summary

KOHO is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Collections & Recoveries to lead the roadmap and execution for our credit servicing, including revolving and installment products. This remote role is based in Canada and reports to the Group Product Manager of Credit.

You will scale existing services and launch new products (e.g., Hardship, Settlement loans) to help customers borrow responsibly while protecting the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer lending products.
• Analytical and commercially minded; able to pull data in SQL, dbt, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and regulatory landscape for lending in Canada (FCAC/OSFI).
• Proven execution in complex, regulated environments; ability to break problems into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for KOHO's installment lending products.
• Create standardized collections & recoveries processes across revolving and installment products.
• Design new lending products from 0 to 1 (Hardship/Settlement loans) to help delinquent users.
• Run experiments and measure impact on gross profit.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Engineering, Design, and Data Science on loan servicing and decisioning.
• Partner with Credit Strategy, Financial Risk, Finance, Compliance and Legal to meet regulatory requirements.
