You will drive end-to-end collections, oversee vendors, and set operational thresholds to protect customers while maintaining strong service levels.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in financial services operations.
• 5+ years leading managers in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in card disputes, fraud, identity, AML, or collections.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance across five domains: volumes, service levels, quality, losses.
• Build collections end-to-end, manage vendor transitions, set thresholds.
