Job summary

KOHO is a Canadian fintech that emphasizes transparent, no-fee financial services. We seek a CPA with 7+ years to own complex accounting areas including tax and ECL accounting, reporting to the Director, Financial Accounting & Reporting.

You will set up accounting for new products and automate system flows, while strengthening processes and controls for KOHO Bank's foundation. This role is remote-first with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Clear communication skills.
• Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment.
