Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks an experienced product leader to define and build the future of cloud-based file storage for EFS and S3 Files. You will own the product vision, roadmap, pricing, and GTM, collaborating with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud storage solutions.

You will partner with AWS teams, analyze usage data, and communicate progress to leadership while mentoring other PMs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience.
• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
• Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, PR/FAQs, and multi-year roadmap for EFS and S3 Files.
• Drive integrations with AWS compute, AI, and analytics services and partners.
• Partner with engineering on technical design and define API requirements.
• Own pricing, packaging, messaging, and go-to market, and enable sales to drive adoption.
• Engage directly with technical customers, and manage escalations through resolution.
• Define success metrics, run business reviews, and drive cost reductions.
• Communicate strategy and results to AWS leadership, and mentor other PMs.
