Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Product Manager for External Services (PMT-ES) to define new features and solutions for EBS customers. You will own critical customer-facing features, working with engineers and leaders to build scalable storage capabilities in the cloud.

You thrive on complex systems, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering SaaS-like experiences for large-scale storage solutions and GTM strategies with a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• Experience taking a product from conception & definition through engineering design to market
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Define features and solutions for EBS customers and own the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, and business development on go-to-market strategies.
• Develop PR/FAQ and strategy materials for key use cases and growth plans.
