Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to drive the commercial strategy, packaging, and end-to-end customer experience for our public and private cloud networking solutions. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customer success.

You will own pricing, packaging, and lifecycle from discovery to renewal, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction across NetCloud platforms

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with commercial focus.
• Strong ability to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS products and enterprise networking a plus.
• Ability to own end-to-end customer journeys from discovery to renewal.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve packaging and pricing for NetCloud products.
• Lead product tiering, bundles, and licensing across subscription models.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to validate commercial constructs.
• Own cloud feature roadmap and entitlement management.
• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from purchase through renewal.
