Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise products.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate goals and outcomes.
• Proactive in identifying needs and driving buy-in across teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud subscription models, licensing, and entitlements.
• Experience at the intersection of on-premises and cloud products is a plus.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end customer journeys and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Shape the customer lifecycle from discovery through renewal.
• Define packaging and pricing models for products and bundles.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Own the cloud feature roadmap and lifecycle for NetCloud platform.
• Manage requirements, deduplicate features, and map capabilities to tiers.
• Drive adoption with data-driven prioritization and competitive analysis.
