Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the zero-to-one build of our Client Communications Service, shaping the roadmap and driving features that support growth in a compliance‑driven environment.

You will define epics, create wireframes, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to bring initiatives from concept to launch while maintaining precision and accuracy in execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, owning a product area from early to mature.
• Experience in regulated or high-accuracy environments is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business goals and client needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven success partnering with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to ship impactful features.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Communications roadmap end to end, translating strategy into prioritized initiatives that drive growth and scale.
• Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Operations, from concept to launch.
• Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Produce user journeys, data flows, and wireframes for client communications and onboarding touchpoints.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service leaders to align initiatives with broader goals and successful launches.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor communications performance and client engagement.
• Manage backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking in Jira.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
