Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Product Manager for Customer Communication & Regulatory Compliance within the Assets & Wealth Management division. You will drive product development across web and mobile experiences, collaborating with business, product, engineering and brand teams to deliver features that delight customers while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in product management in agile environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and launching products.
Ability to translate API specs into feature requirements.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with ownership and accountability.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Strong relationship-building and communication with stakeholders.
Comfort working in fast-paced deadlines and evolving priorities.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and AEM.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to define differentiated products across the customer lifecycle.
Specify features, gain stakeholder alignment, and collaborate with engineers and designers.
Analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
Study regulatory landscape and industry trends to guide product decisions.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria; groom with development teams.
Coordinate with other PMs and designers for cohesive customer experiences.
Coordinate with external vendors, translating requirements and ensuring delivery.
