Job summary

Capital One seeks a Product Manager to join the Corporate eComms Surveillance team, bridging regulatory needs with cutting-edge technology to ensure compliant communications in a global market.

You will own the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice, and collaborate with legal and risk teams to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable engineering blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing (or equivalent).
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the product lifecycle for surveillance tools monitoring email, chat, and voice to detect market abuse and conduct risk.
• Lead regulatory and legal interface with external counsel and regulatory bodies, articulating product logic defensibly.
• Create exhaustive functional specifications, BRDs, and logic workflows translating compliance requirements into engineering plans.
• Manage complex roadmaps, stakeholder priorities, and audit trails with precision.
