Job summary

UKG is seeking a Certinia Product Manager to own the business vision, functional scope, and delivery priorities for Certinia implementation. This role covers the end-to-end services lifecycle from estimation and project setup to resource planning, time entry, expenses, billing, and reporting.

You will lead the roadmap, define templates, manage resources and time, and collaborate with finance, operations, and client teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce-based enterprise platforms.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation).
• Experience supporting multi-system integrations within enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting PSA processes: project management, resource management, time entry, billing, and data migration.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and business process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance business process requirements, user adoption, and implementation constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the business roadmap for Certinia platform and prioritize scope across implementation workstreams.
• Define how the organization will use Project Management for planning, execution, tracking, financials, and issue management.
• Define and govern Project Templates for reusable structures, tasks, milestones, and resource requests.
• Own Resource Management, including records, requests, staffing, capacity, and allocations.
• Define Skills Management requirements, including taxonomy, profiles, certifications, and matching resources to demand.
• Own Time Management, including time entry, approvals, and billing controls.
• Own Expense Management, including capture, approvals, and linkage to billing and invoicing.
• Own Billing Events and billing flow design, including release to finance and invoice readiness.
• Own Services CPQ / Estimator, time and cost planning, and conversion of estimates to projects.
• Translate requirements into backlog items and release priorities across Certinia modules.
• Lead fit-gap sessions and decide configurations or workarounds.
• Partner with implementation consultants, solution architects, finance, operations, PMs, and end users.
• Own data migration scope and integrations with finance systems and upstream/downstream tools.
• Drive UAT planning, defect triage, sign-off, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain post-go-live enhancement backlog and release roadmap.
