Job summary

UKG is seeking a Certinia Product Manager to own the business vision, scope, and delivery priorities for Certinia implementation. You will ensure the platform supports end-to-end services lifecycle—from estimation to invoicing—and align with multiple stakeholders across modules.

Lead the roadmap, templates, resources, and time/expense/billing workflows, while translating requirements into backlog items and releases. Prioritize improvements and drive go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years configuring Salesforce-based enterprise platforms.
• 2-3+ years configuring Certinia PSA (PSA) in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting PSA processes: project management, resource management, time entry, expense management, billing, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Certinia platform roadmap and prioritize scope across workstreams.
• Define how the organization will use Project Management for planning, execution, tracking, project financials, and issues.
• Define and govern Project Templates for reusable structures, tasks, milestones, and resource requests.
• Own Resource Management including resource records, staffing, capacity, demand, scheduling, availability, and skills-based allocation.
• Define Skills Management requirements including taxonomy, profiles, certifications, ratings, and matching resources to demand.
• Own Time Management including time entry, approvals, submission rules, and time-to-billing controls.
• Own Expense Management including expense capture, approval, reimbursement, and linkage to billing/project invoicing.
• Own Billing Events and billing flow design, including billable records, release to finance, and invoice readiness.
• Own Services CPQ / Services Estimator, including estimates, pricing assumptions, and conversion to projects.
• Translate business requirements into backlog items, release priorities across Certinia modules.
• Lead fit-gap sessions and decide on configuration vs. deviation.
• Partner with consultants, solution architects, finance, operations, PMs, and end users during design and build.
• Own data migration scope, including cleansing, strategy, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Own integrations with finance systems and data flows across systems.
• Drive UAT planning, defect triage, sign-off, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain post-go-live backlog and release roadmap.
