Job summary

UKG, a leading workforce operating platform, seeks a Certinia Product Manager to own the business vision and delivery priorities for the Certinia implementation. You will ensure end-to-end services lifecycle support—from estimation and project setup to billing and reporting—with a focus on PSA processes.

You will translate requirements into backlog items, lead fit-gap sessions, and collaborate with finance, operations, and end users to drive value across Certinia modules and integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years configuring Salesforce-based enterprise platforms.
• 2–3+ years configuring Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation).
• Experience supporting multi-system integrations within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting PSA processes: project management, resource management, time entry, billing, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Own the business roadmap for the Certinia platform and prioritize scope across all implementation workstreams.
• Define how the organization will use Project Management for project planning, execution, tracking, and invoicing.
• Own Resource Management, including resource records, staffing, capacity, and skills-based allocation.
• Own Time Management, including time entry, approvals, and time-to-billing controls.
• Own Billing Events and billing flow design, from billable records to invoice readiness.
