• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech or banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle and compliance expectations.
• Proven ability to simplify complex processes and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery from framing to launch.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on event-driven/API solutions.
• Modernize data sharing and customer journeys across partner channels.
• Assess upstream/downstream impacts for cohesive servicing experiences.
• Support test planning, edge cases, and risk reduction.
• Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders; incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with co-brand partners on technical integrations.
• Influence stakeholders across risk, compliance, legal, marketing, ops, and support.
• Monitor KPIs and run experiments to improve product performance.
