Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, SE, ME, Information Systems) or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between core program vision and technical reality across platforms and tenants.
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
