Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between core program vision and technical feasibility for 5 platforms and 3 tenants
• Manage product backlog and scope workstreams to hit Day 1 and Day 2 milestones
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers
