Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager-level Product Manager to lead day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform. You will work across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy, collaborating with program teams and LOBs to plan and launch with confidence.

The role requires deep product delivery and technical dependency expertise, managing backlogs, and ensuring readiness for agents and customers across multiple platforms and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers
