Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management for the US Card, Servicing & Core Modernization, based in New York, NY. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Or Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the Core program vision and the technical reality for 5 platforms and 3 tenants
• Manage the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones
• Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers
