Job summary

Moultrie is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Camera Retention and Lifecycle to own the lifecycle strategy for every camera generation shipped. You will drive sustainment, release prioritization, and end-of-life planning, coordinating with Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to protect trust and minimize warranty costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; in lieu of degree we will consider equitable years of professional work experience.
• 5+ years in product management through full lifecycle: maintenance, obsolescence, and end-of-life.
• Strong track record developing product strategy and not just executing others.
• Strong analytical skills using field, warranty, or support data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Success.
• Experience mentoring or managing Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own the shipped camera fleet sustainment roadmap with fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates ranked by customer impact and business risk.
• Own FW release prioritization across the fleet, scheduling model-wide releases and content to protect fleet health and CLTV.
• Prioritize customer-reported defects and field issues; collaborate with Engineering to scope fixes and with Customer Success on communications.
• Analyze field data, warranty claims, and support trends to catch emerging issues early.
