3E seeks a Product Manager for its Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This forward-looking role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, shaping solutions across the portfolio including 3E Protect.

You will collaborate with engineering, customer experience, sales, and subject matter experts to balance value, priorities, and technical constraints. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management or adjacent experience, strong problem-definition skills, and a track record of

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication and ability to translate needs into clear requirements.
