Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Policies to own the authentication policy roadmap and strategy. You will align policy capabilities with customer needs and platform requirements, coordinating with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, secure policy experiences across the Okta product portfolio.

You will influence how policy changes are managed, rolled out, and audited at scale, while collaborating with marketing, GTM, and stakeholder groups to ensure

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in product management.
• Experience with policy engines, rules-based decisioning systems, or risk-scoring products.
• Experience with change management tooling, feature flagging, or safe-rollout systems at scale.
• Experience with non-human identity or agentic identity use cases as they relate to authentication policy.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for the Policies product area, balancing customer requests, platform needs, and market differentiation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define, scope, and ship policies with best-in-class UX while meeting security needs.
• Drive direction for Policy Framework, Policy API, and Auth Pipeline underpinning policy evaluations across Okta.
• Define operational governance for policy changes including versioning, staged rollout, audit, and rollback.
