Housecall Pro in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered experiences for home service professionals. You will define strategy, partner with engineering, design, data, and AI platforms, and own the roadmap for Applied AI initiatives.

You bring 5+ years of product management, experience with AI products, metrics, and agile practices, and a track record of delivering measurable customer and business impact. Equity and comprehensive benefits are included.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience from concept through launch and iteration.
• Experience building AI-powered products, automation, assistants, copilots, agents, or workflow software.
• Technical fluency with AI product concepts including model behavior, data quality, latency, and safety.
• Experience defining product metrics, adoption funnels, and feedback loops for AI-enabled products.
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, lifecycle management, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Applied AI experiences.
• Deeply understand Pro workflows to identify AI leverage points.
• Conduct market research, synthesize feedback, and translate problems into requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and drive outcomes.
• Shape model behavior, retrieval, tools usage, data quality, and latency tradeoffs.
• Design user flows and wireframes for transparent AI experiences.
• Lead roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure product health and impact.
• Drive feature launches with cross-functional teams and monitor adoption.
• Build feedback loops from analytics and user signals to improve AI over time.
