Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy for Benefits products, focusing on automation, integrations, and BI insights. You will translate backlogs into stories, lead roadmaps, and own adoption dashboards across launch and training.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in product management within Agile environments and strong data analytics capabilities. API experience and benefits administration knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in Agile environments.
Experience with data analytics, visualization tools, and data-driven products.
Bonus: API experience and knowledge of benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Prioritize requirements and translate backlogs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead roadmap and release planning while collaborating with engineering, UX, sales, and customer experience teams.
Own adoption dashboards, define KPIs, and drive product activation from launch to training.
