Applied Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy for Applied’s Benefits products. You will partner with product, sales, service, and technology teams at enterprise customers to identify problems, conduct market research, and prioritize features based on user needs.

The role focuses on AI-driven workflow automation, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure insurance technology.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile.
• Proven track record in developing a product roadmap with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver software as a service with velocity and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and manage requirements by translating the backlog into actionable user stories.
• Lead the roadmap and release planning for product(s).
• Drive product activation and ensure on-time delivery across departments.
