Alianza, Inc. is building an Intelligent Communications Fabric enabling service providers to modernize voice networks with AI-infused capabilities.

This role owns configuration and change orchestration tooling and the Experience Provider API surface, guiding how capabilities are packaged and delivered within the platform. You will work closely with engineering, legal, and the commercial team to define strategy, roadmaps, and value through real customer use cases while shaping consent, privacy,

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with API-first or platform products.
Experience turning build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions into roadmaps.
Proven track record shipping partner or developer-facing APIs.

Responsibilities

Own the go-forward product strategy for configuration and change orchestration tooling within the platform.
Translate broad capabilities into a prioritized roadmap driven by customer use cases.
Define how tooling supports the OSS/BSS change-velocity layer and broader platform narrative.
Partner with commercial and Advantage program stakeholders on packaging and pricing.
Own the Experience Provider API surface and partner onboarding APIs.
Lead the definition of consent and authorization models for partner integrations, ensuring privacy and data governance.
Collaborate with engineering and legal on feasibility, licensing, and policy enforcement.
