Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own the agentic AI platform across four surfaces: orchestration, tool call integration, knowledge grounding, and guardrails. You will craft public APIs, SDKs, and connectors that empower enterprises to deploy and govern AI agents at scale.

You will work cross-functionally to define product strategy, ensure security and governance, and drive measurable customer outcomes in a fast-growing, AI-first communications company.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in product management with company-level impact, including at least two years owning conversational AI or ML-powered products in production.
• Shipped an LLM-based product to real users at scale, not just a pilot or demo.
• Technical fluency to reason about prompting, context management, retrieval, and latency budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship the agentic AI platform layer across surfaces: agent orchestration, tool use, knowledge grounding, guardrails, and lifecycle management.
• Design APIs, SDKs, and event streams to enable customers, integrators, and ISVs to extend the platform.
• Build and maintain an evaluation harness, observability, and model operations to ensure quality and governance.
• Collaborate with security, privacy, pricing, and support teams early in the product lifecycle.
• Communicate with executives and customers through precise PRDs and decision records.
