Windfall is a people intelligence and AI company that helps go-to-market teams act on people data to drive better outcomes. As a Sr. Product Manager for the Application team, you will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver a best-in-class analytics product.

You will report to the Head of Product, lead roadmap and lifecycle, and translate customer needs into scalable product experiences across ML/data science and analytics domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS products.
• Experience with digital analytics tools (Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver great product experiences.
• Ability to support sales by accelerating deal cycles, increasing average deal sizes, and driving upsells.
• Comfort with ambiguity and working in a quickly evolving industry.
• Design sense and customer empathy; you advocate for the customer and look for ways to simplify the complex.
• Demonstrated ability to discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities with technical teams.
• Experience simplifying complex workflows across ML/data science, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.

• Mentor and empower junior team members to excel in their roles.
• Ensure successful product launch and lifecycle with KPIs.
• Engage with customers to understand core problems and translate them into customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand industry trends and market dynamics.
• Measure the impact of features and iterate with design and engineering on learnings.
• Align execution with Windfall’s vision and product strategy.
• Communicate business impact to stakeholders about product-market fit.
