Job summary

Premier Talent Partners seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Application team, delivering analytics products that drive business insights. You will partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to shape strategy, ensure launches, and manage lifecycle.

The role offers impact on early-stage development and mentorship in a fast-evolving field. You will guide roadmaps, define metrics, and collaborate with leadership to align with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in product management, SaaS focus, driving adoption and retention.
• Startup experience of at least 2 years in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with digital analytics tools (Amplitude/Adobe/GA).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful product experiences.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate insights into features.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to delivery and iteration.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and inform product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing to analyze trends and opportunities.
• Measure feature impact and iterate to improve value and UX.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices.
