Job summary

icreatives seeks a Founding Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of a rapidly evolving AI-powered SaaS platform used by thousands of organizations.

You will work directly with founders, customers, designers, and engineers to own the product roadmap, translate insights into requirements, and drive initiatives from concept to launch. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment, based in the SF Bay Area with onsite and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, B2B, platform, or PLG products.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into decisions.
• Excellent collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and leadership.
• Strong communication to influence across functions.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and priorities for key areas of the platform.
• Partner with engineering and design to bring ideas to life.
• Spend time with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage to inform decisions.
• Translate insights into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Drive initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision.
