Regal, the AI Agent Platform, is hiring a Senior Product Manager in New York City (HQ Midtown). You will own the roadmap, execution, and metrics, partnering with engineering and design to turn customer problems into shipped products. You will move fast, ship weekly, and uphold a high quality bar across the product.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, owning end-to-end initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven product development.
• Strong customer instinct and ability to translate needs into product bets.
• Experience with developer-facing products and technical execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and urgency.
• Curious, with ability to dive into customer, product, and service details.
• Clear, convincing communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Natural leader who elevates the team and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and end-to-end execution, balancing customer needs, business goals, and market direction.
• Develop deep understanding of user pain points and translate insights into bets.
• Collaborate with design to ship polished, intuitive experiences.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Drive adoption and impact by aligning cross-functional teams with customer goals.
• Raise the bar on team culture and execution across the product org.
