Retell AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own core product areas powering millions of AI-driven conversations. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive delivery, and ship fast, reliable experiences.

This highly technical role covers real-time audio, telephony workflows, and developer tools, with impact across thousands of enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B PLG products.
• Comfortable in high-velocity startup environments with ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership.
• Customer-obsessed—regularly talk to users, review usage, and turn feedback into action.
• Founder-level ownership with bias toward action and end-to-end accountability.
• Experience working on AI products is a plus, especially voice AI.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation.
• Develop deep customer understanding by spending time with users, reviewing call transcripts, and engaging with customers.
• Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs to align engineering, design, and stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
• Incorporate competitive and market insights into product strategy and prioritization.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate tradeoffs for customer value and long-term health.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to reflect insights in priorities.
• Collaborate with design to shape end-to-end user experiences and early problem framing.
• Drive cross-functional execution with planning, sequencing, and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Validate solutions with customers using prototypes and betas before scaling investments.
