Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is relaunching its Outbound Subrogation product in 2027, aiming to build a category-defining platform. You will define the strategy, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver AI-powered improvements at scale.

The role starts as an individual contributor with a path to build and grow a team, working closely with senior product leadership and carrier customers to drive measurable ROI and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS product management.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-intensive products.
• Proven track record with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, fintech, healthtech) a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for Outbound Subrogation product.
• Define metrics like dollars recovered, identification rate, cycle time, ROI.
• Partner with data science and engineering on architecture and AI features.
• Conduct customer research with recovery managers and carrier teams.
• Support active sales cycles with product expertise and ROI narratives.
