Job summary

Turbalance GmbH is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure platform. You will own the product roadmap for scheduling and orchestration, collaborating with engineering, data science, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will engage directly with customers to identify needs, validate direction, and translate input into clear product decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management for infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on tech experience.
Proven ability to define and deliver multi-year roadmaps for cloud/cluster management tech.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year vision and roadmap for AI Scheduling product from scheduling to latency, reliability at scale.
Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver enterprise and developer capabilities.
Engage with customers to identify needs, validate direction, and translate input into decisions.
Monitor competitive/technical landscape and translate trends into roadmap implications.
Support product launches, roadmap reviews, and broader product narrative.
Create tight feedback loops between customers and engineering to improve performance and usability.
