GlossGenius, headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Product Manager to shape scheduling intelligence and multi-location strategies for growing service businesses. You will own end-to-end product initiatives, collaborating with Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to leverage AI and deliver high-impact features.

This role requires 3+ years of product management experience, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to translate user needs into scalable product solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, high-impact areas.
• Strong product instincts to identify user problems and business opportunities and define a vision to solve them.
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build and optimize product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the next generation of GlossGenius product, including scheduling intelligence for multi-location needs.
• Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to launch with urgency and precision.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences.
• Ship high-impact features that move key metrics and reflect strong UX instincts.
• Drive a continuous improvement loop using data and feedback to grow the product.
• Align cross-functional teams across Design, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to move fast.
• Communicate strategy and priorities clearly across the company.
