Job summary

Manifest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own direction, roadmap, and prioritization for one or more areas of the platform. You will turn customer insight and technical possibilities into concrete product direction and end-to-end delivery.

You’ll work with AI-assisted tools, collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, and help shape user workflows and product quality across complex booking and ecommerce workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment.
• Owned roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for meaningful product areas.
• Strong product judgment: translate ambiguous problems into clear direction.
• Clear, actionable product specs and strong written communication are essential.
• Measurement-driven approach with defined success metrics.
• Fluency and enthusiasm for AI-assisted product work using Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma, or FigJam.
• Technical background or strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on UI-heavy areas.
• Delivery ownership on small teams alongside product vision.
• Experience leading discovery and evaluating opportunities.
• Strong UX instincts and attention to usability, workflow, and polish.
• Familiarity with modern front-end patterns and design systems.
• Experience with complex workflows in booking/ecommerce or related SaaS.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure.
• Pragmatic, collaborative operating style.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and product outcomes for one or more areas of Manifest.
• Develop deep understanding of customers, businesses, and the tours & activities industry.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal stakeholders, support, sales, and go-to-market partners.
• Translate problems and goals into clear product direction and requirements.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, release scope, and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape pragmatic, high-quality solutions and drive delivery.
• Work with frontend engineers on user flows, interactions, and edge cases.
• Use AI-assisted tools to clarify ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Raise the bar for UX quality, especially where no dedicated Product Designer exists.
• Create clear product artifacts: statements, briefs, specs, diagrams, criteria, launch plans.
• Balance customer value, business impact, technical constraints, and delivery realities.
• Communicate product direction across teams and leadership.
• Partner with Product leadership on strategy and day-to-day execution.
