Timely is hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead scheduling optimization for K-12 education. You will own the strategy from constraints to vibrant, optimized schedules, balancing AI and UI to keep complexity clear for schedulers.

You will partner with engineering to refine core algorithms, measure impact with experiments, and craft a compelling end-to-end experience that explains results, tradeoffs, and edge cases to customers and leadership.

Competenze

• Strong data analysis and metric design skills.
• Experience designing and interpreting experiments.
• Familiarity with agile toolsets (Jira, Notion, Miro).
• Experience using AI-enabled SDLC practices to streamline processes.

• Engage with customers to understand opportunities to generate better K12 school schedules.
• Dive deep into optimizer technology and scheduling domain to guide engineering decisions.
• Partner with Engineering to refine optimizer algorithms, models, and orchestration pipeline.
• Design and execute experiments to test optimizer changes with clear metrics.
• Define product requirements and break down into well-defined stories.
• Leverage AI to connect requirements, story definition, and development workflows.
• Develop a vision for how generative AI can improve optimization of schedules.
