Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management experience, shipping products end-to-end.
• Own a workstream end-to-end from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Strong product and design sense; care about usability and delivering value.
• Discovery and validation chops; synthesize user and market research.
• Fluency defining and measuring success metrics.
• AI-assisted fluency; know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup.
• Wealth-tech/fintech domain experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the core product lifecycle from idea to execution and adoption.
• Understand the business and user; define outcomes and problems to solve.
• Frame and validate usability, viability, and feasibility before committing.
• Shape the conceptual model and information architecture with design partners.
• Define metrics and monitor success for your workstream.
• Prioritize a coherent roadmap; defend decisions to leadership and customers.
• Prototype to align and validate with stakeholders and developers.
• Drive delivery and go-to-market with design, engineering, marketing and CS.
• Improve value delivery by strengthening strategy-to-roadmap processes.
• Communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
