The Senior Sales Manager will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close and expansion, partnering with prospects and existing customers to drive meaningful business outcomes in a remote-friendly environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in wealthtech or financial services.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close and expansion.
• Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline development skills with referrals, events, and networking.
• Comfort negotiating commercial terms and navigating procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, expansion, and ongoing account growth.
• Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline with outbound and inbound opportunities.
• Grow and expand existing customer relationships through strategic account management and upsell opportunities.
• Represent the company in the market through conferences, meetings, and in-person engagements.
