Job summary

Seeds, a remote-first fintech startup, is hiring a Senior Developer to own meaningful surface area across our product and platform. You’ll work full-stack across .NET Core / C# back end, React / TypeScript front end, PostgreSQL data layer, and AWS infrastructure, shaping the software lifecycle and technical direction.

We expect AI-assisted development to be a core capability, used to move faster while maintaining engineering judgment and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production web applications, full-stack.
• Strong back-end skills in C# / .NET Core.
• Strong front-end skills in React and TypeScript.
• Relational-database skills with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying on AWS and modern DevOps.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and tooling.
• Demonstrated ownership and sound engineering judgment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile environments.
• Start-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack spanning back end, front end, data layer, and cloud.
• Own outcomes from ambiguity to shipped, maintainable solutions.
• Operate as an AI-native builder using AI tools to improve velocity and quality.
• Raise engineering bar with testing, CI/CD, and security practices.
• Translate advisor and investor needs into technical solutions.
• Grow domain fluency in wealth-tech and regulatory context.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership on architecture.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and pairing.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and security in regulated context.
