Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Document Management to lead agentic content creation, editing, and gap assessments. You will work cross-functionally to automate framework alignment, controls, policies, and procedures for customers seeking audit readiness and scalable compliance programs.

You will guide product direction for agent workflows, interact with design and engineering to create reliable, explainable AI experiences, and help shape the product team's culture as Vanta grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B and AI products.
• Experience shipping AI products and iterating on prompts.
• Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic document, policies, and procedure workflows and gap assessments.
• Build agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and actions.
• Translate customer needs into clear Agent experiences for compliance challenges.
• Collaborate with design and engineering on interaction patterns for reliability and safety.
• Deliver high-quality products addressing key pain points and scalable leverage.
