You will own the product lifecycle from vision to launch, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, data, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable document workflows and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management within software or fintech.
Experience with AI-driven document ingestion and extraction platforms.
Understanding of AI/ML and LLM-based technologies; pragmatic implementation.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
Lead AI-powered ingestion, classification, extraction, and data processing features.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.
Partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, data, compliance, and business teams.
Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and backlogs.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile delivery activities.
Drive rapid experimentation and weekly product increments.
Use analytics, research, and market trends to improve capabilities.
Evaluate emerging AI, LLM, OCR, and data exchange technologies.
Ensure AI capabilities are validated and integrated into workflows.
Balance innovation with security, compliance, and business goals.
Collaborate with legal and privacy teams on responsible AI.
Communicate strategy and progress to executives and stakeholders.
Serve as a thought leader for AI-enabled document ingestion.
