Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Agent Experience to shape AI-powered agent workflows that security and compliance teams rely on. You’ll lead end-to-end design from discovery through launch, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, AI Quality, and customer-facing teams.

You’ll design patterns for agents, skills, tools, memory, and multi-step workflows across surfaces like Slack and Vanta’s surfaces, ensuring transparency, control, and explainability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or complex software.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and dynamic workflows.
• Ability to design agent experiences beyond chat with multi-step flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to launch and iteration.
• Define composition of agents, skills, tools, memory and their surfaces.
• Design patterns for reviewing, approving, and recovering agent outputs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and AI quality teams.
