Superhuman, the AI productivity platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own products used by educators, students, journalists, and writers to preserve authenticity. You will work at the intersection of product, ML research, and design—translating model capabilities and limits into experiences people can trust.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment with 4+ years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end to end.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications.
• Excellent collaboration with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
• Ability to work independently with multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery end-to-end, identify and validate user problems through research and data analysis.
• Define product requirements and success metrics with design, engineering, and ML.
• Drive execution from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Build the product process from scratch and set standards for how product gets done.
• Design and run a rigorous experimentation program with hypotheses, metrics, and tests.
• Oversee day-to-day development and ensure milestones are met on time.
