Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core data model and shared services powering multiple products, including Superhuman Docs, Mail, Go, and Grammarly. This technical, high-leverage role partners with data engineering, product engineering, data science, security, and other teams to design durable, scalable data interfaces and governance patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with experience owning technical platform, data, infrastructure, or AI-enabling products.
• Hands-on fluency with data systems, schemas, events, APIs, warehouses, or analytics infrastructure.
• Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on tradeoffs, architecture, reliability, privacy, and scale.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into clear product requirements and adoption paths for internal teams.
• Experience shipping products or platforms serving multiple teams or surfaces at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the core data model and shared platform services across a multi-product suite.
• Define canonical entities, relationships, events, permissions, and semantics used by product and AI teams.
• Partner with engineering to build reliable, scalable data systems, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand data needs and drive high-impact use cases without slowing innovation.
• Establish product-quality standards for data trust, governance, discoverability, and developer experience.
• Define success metrics, prioritize investments, and communicate platform impact to stakeholders.
