Job summary

Superhuman Go offers a proactive AI-enabled platform; this role focuses on designing self-serve and enterprise education experiences, shaping how proactive agent capabilities appear in real workﬂows. You will define journeys for students, instructors, and admins and craft enterprise-ready configuration surfaces that enable safe, scalable AI behavior.

You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security to align trade-offs, raise the bar for craft, and deliver experiences

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience and end-to-end ownership.
Ability to set direction and influence partners at Staff level.
Experience in ed-tech or education-related products is a plus.
Design AI-native products with trust and safety as core concerns.
Curiosity about emerging AI-native experiences.
Strong craft with polished UI and detailed interactions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of self-serve and enterprise education experiences for Superhuman Go.
Define and evolve user journeys for student, instructor, and educational admin personas.
Design enterprise-ready agent configuration and control surfaces for safe deployment at scale.
Create trustworthy experiences around data protection, integrations, and identity.
Design polished interfaces and interactions for end-user and admin experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security to raise enterprise adoption.
