Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own products used by millions of educators, students, journalists, and writers to preserve authenticity. You will work at the intersection of product, ML research, and design, translating model capabilities into trusted experiences.

You will shape discovery, prioritization, and shipping for a category still being defined, with end-to-end ownership and a strong emphasis on user trust and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment for B2C/prosumer products
• Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations and trust implications
• Excellent collaboration with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment

Responsibilities

• Own discovery end-to-end with user research, data analysis, and conversations with user personas
• Define product requirements and success metrics with design, engineering, and ML
• Drive end-to-end execution from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback
• Build the product process and set standards for how product work gets done
• Design and run a rigorous experimentation program with hypotheses, metrics, and tests
• Oversee day-to-day development with engineering and design to meet milestones on time
