Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Product AI Agentic Senior Manager to lead a team shaping AI-enabled commerce experiences across emerging platforms. You will guide end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include developing product vision for AI capabilities, roadmapping, and coordinating with engineering, platform, and business teams to scale pilot programs and commercialize agentic commerce

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10–13 years of experience in product management or related field delivering digital platform capabilities.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for emerging digital commerce capabilities, including AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce experiences.
• Align product goals with business objectives and oversee roadmaps for proofs of concept, pilots, and platform development.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features that support AI-driven commerce capabilities, including product discovery, offer/financing presentment, and headless checkout integrations.
• Oversee roadmaps for internal proofs of concept, brand pilots, and scalable platform capabilities; ensure alignment with strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate progress, pilot outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership; liaise between product, engineering, platform, and business teams.
