SupportFinity™ is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the lifecycle of complex technical initiatives within a remote-first work environment. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans while ensuring effective execution.

Responsibilities include leading project initiatives, supporting Agile delivery teams, and defining KPIs to drive product improvements. This role requires strong program and product management experience along with technical expertise in AI/ML or logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on program, product, or technical project management experience.
• Experience operating in technical environments such as AI/ML or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional product initiatives.
• Drive roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release readiness.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain alignment to timelines.
