Job summary

Engine is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own key platform areas, working with partner engineering teams and internal product groups. You’ll define strategy, drive roadmap, and guide adoption with clear success metrics.

You’ll collaborate with data, product, and business teams while focusing on AI-enabled improvements and system reliability. Base pay is shown with equity and potential bonuses; hybrid or remote options exist.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management; travel/fintech background a plus.
• Deep understanding of complex systems, architecture, and tradeoffs.
• Systems thinker with KPI definition and analytical toolkit.
• AI experience with LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and partners while keeping customers in view.

Responsibilities

• Own platform end to end: shape strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch and adoption.
• Define and measure success with clear metrics from adoption to reliability.
• Lead with technical depth: architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs; improve reliability with AI.
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term customer and revenue needs.
• Partner across data, product, and business teams to explain platform value to technical and non-technical audiences.
